Tragic Covid-19 Hospital Stories

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

I couldn’t hardly believe some of the stories about what has happened in some hospitals to covid patients—how they were mistreated. Read it for yourself—the article below. I’m sure there are many good hospitals. I guess it all depends on who the governor is—how that state is run and whether they are following the evil directives of the country. We certainly need a new President fast. We need a new system. We need someone who is not afraid to go against the World Health Organization and against evil global directives. But I suppose it is something that we should expect in these last days. It will get worse and worst. As Paul said in 2 Timothy 3:13: “But evil men and impostors will proceed from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.”

Please, as you read the article below, please pray that God will help and also show people the…

Minneapolis First City to Allow Muslim Prayer Calls

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

Please read this article and then also read my comments at the end.

Minneapolis becomes first major US city to allow all five Muslim daily prayer calls

Story by Dave Orrick, April 13, 2023

Minneapolis on Thursday became the first major American city to permit unfettered broadcast of the Muslim call to prayer, allowing the adhan to be heard over speakers five times a day, year-round.

The Minneapolis City Council voted unanimously to amend the city’s noise ordinance, which had prevented some morning and evening calls at certain times of the year because they occurred at times of the day when tighter noise restrictions are in place.

“The Constitution doesn’t sleep at night,” said Jaylani Hussein, executive director of the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), after the vote. He said Minneapolis’ action should show the world that a “nation founded on freedom of religion makes good…

The Left’s Weaponized warfare calls for Constant Prayer

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

We live in a time when we must pray as David did…

That God would hear our plea for justice.

That he would declare us innocent.

That He would protect us from wicked people who attack us.

They are like hungry lions, eager to tear us apart.

(from Psalm 17:1, 2, 9 and 12)

The Frightening Precedent of Indicting an Innocent Former President

The U.S. devolves into a Banana Republic – with a deteriorating legal system.

April 5, 2023byRachel Alexander

We are living in an Orwellian era when the formerly most powerful man in the world, who remains very powerful, is being prosecuted in order to stop him from becoming president again. If they can take him down, they can take down any conservative. The left has weaponized lawfare, which started with merely civil lawsuits but has now progressed intodisbarringattorneys and prosecution. Once they’ve gone after Trump…

More on Lewis and Clark

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

What an incredible journey they had! I will continue on from the last blog I wrote on this.

So many times they nearly lost their lives—by Indians, grizzly bears, falling off cliffs (this happened to Lewis twice), illness, etc.

Most of the time they had plenty to eat, because of the expert hunters they had with them, who shot deer and buffalo. But some of the time, when they were in the mountains, they had little. They ate dogs and their horses. Lewis got to like dog meat, but Clark did not. They also, being always on the river, caught fish.

Both Lewis and Clark were good at healing people with natural means. When the squaw Sacagawea was sick, Lewis used barks, laudanum and sulfur water from a spring, and within a day her fever vanished. Other times they used choke cherry juice to heal. When they were among…

The Gospel Will Not be Banned in Israel

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

Netanyahu recently assured Christians and believing Jews that the Gospel would not be banned in Israel as it was feared to be by two Knesset members. I think Netanyahu is very wise and also not antagonistic against Christians as some are. Praise God for that. And because of this leniency, Christians ought to be praying for Israel now while the door of the gospel is open. You can read the following article for the updated news.

Netanyahu: Israel Won’t Pass Anti-Christian Law

American conservative and Christian voices had decried proposed bill targeting “missionaries,” but it was largely much ado about nothing.

By Israel Today Staff, Mar 23, 2023

Prime MinisterBenjamin Netanyahuon Wednesday sought to calm Israel’s Christian supporters by reassuring them that neither his government nor any other Israeli government was going to pass a law prohibiting the preaching of the Gospel in the Jewish state.

Some…

Praying for Equal Retribution for the Enemies of Trump

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

I read the following verses this morning:

Psalm 7:15-16

15 He who digs a hole and scoops it out

falls into the pit he has made.

16 The trouble he causes recoils on himself;

his violence comes down on his own head.

Proverbs 26:27

27 If a man digs a pit, he will fall into it;

if a man rolls a stone, it will roll back on him.

These verses hold the biblical principle of Equal Retribution: that if a man digs a pit for another to fall into, or if he sets a trap for another, he will end up falling into it or being trapped by his own trap. I have read these verses over and over and they seem pretty definite. That is, the evil one who tries to trap or destroy another, it will spring back on him.

MAGA

I immediately thought of what is…

Will Trump really be arrested?

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

Trump thinks he will be arrested this Tuesday. Most good people think that this is a terrible thing–to see a former President be arrested for a misdemeanor. And they say it is all political, and they are doing it to try to prevent him from running for President again. Please I urge you to pray that the right thing will be done–that justice will be done according to what is God’s will. Please read the following article.

Trump Says He’ll Be Arrested Tuesday as DA Eyes Charges

ByEric Mack,18 March 2023

Former President Donald Trump expects to be arrested Tuesday in a case brought by the Manhattan district attorney’s office and called on his supporters to protest in aTruth Social postSaturday.

Will the Christian Gospel be Banned in Israel?

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

Not all Jews are against Christians or the Christian faith. But there are a few liberals who are. Please pray for this situation in Israel that our religious freedom would not be hindered. Israel needs to hear the gospel like all others who are now blinded by the devil. Please read this article by Joel Rosenberg.

EXCLUSIVE: Two Knesset members propose legislation to outlaw sharing the Gospel in Israel and send violators to prison – could it become law?

Former Trump-Pence official warns bill poses massive threat to free speech, human rights and religious freedom

Joel C. Rosenberg | March 19, 2023

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL – Is it possible that the Israeli government this year could pass legislation making it illegal for people to share the Gospel message in the very land where Jesus was born, raised, preached, died, buried and rose from the dead?

Unfortunately, yes.

As Palm Sunday and…

Update: Bud Grant

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

Bud Grant–Vikings Football coach

Today is kind of an off-day. I mean, I have some health concerns: a headache, numbness in my fingers, a little dizziness. But I am trying not to worry about it. I’m trying to get an appointment at the VA. Anyway, I’m just trusting the Lord in whatever happens.

Bud Grant. He was the Minnesota Vikings football coach for a long time, and he just died at 95. He was such a good coach. I recently heard that he was the only player ever to play both for the NBA and the NFL before going into coaching. And as a coach he was a real disciplinarian. He was all about doing everything right—no mistakes. I heard that he didn’t care much for celebrities. He didn’t care at all for Mohammed Ali—too much of a braggart. Grant was very stoic and a humble man. Such a good…

What is the goal of the Jan 6 Investigations?

Stephen Nielsen's avatarStephen Nielsen

What is the goal? Destroy Donald Trump? Or something even more hideous? Read this article.

What the Jan. 6 Revelations Confirm About the Left’s Ominous Agenda

The larger, more insidious goal at the heart of the Democrats’ “investigation”.

March 10, 2023, byRobert Spencer

What was the point of the Democrats’ Jan. 6 hoax? Now that Tucker Carlson has provided abundant confirmation (with more on the way) that there was no “insurrection” on Jan. 6, 2021, and that the Democrat leadership knew full well that there wasn’t even as they went full-throttle with their narrative, the question is inevitable: why? What were Leftists hoping to accomplish? Some obvious answers are that they hoped to destroy Donald Trump as a political force once and for all and discredit and demoralize his supporters. But there was clearly a larger, more insidious goal as well: the Democrats hoped with their fabricated Jan. 6…
