How do we lock into prayer power so that we are standing firm in our faith? The only way I know how to get prayer power is to get to know the One who has the power. We need to learn how to abide in Christ. To do this I suggest these three things:
- Regularly feed on the Word of God (which is Christ, Jn. 1:14) and listen to His voice (Jn. 10:27).
- Obey Him. Whatever He says to you do it without delay.
- Maintain a consistent prayer life. Pray about everything. And pray regularly. Pray according to the Bible and according to the Holy Spirit’s leading, believing that He will hear and answer prayer that is according to His will.
