This devotional was quite enjoyable! Nehemiah 8:10 is an old favorite, as is 1st Thessalonians 5:16. Philippians 4:4 is a favorite too. So is Luke 10:20 — a perspective on why we have enduring joy. The unsaved are always puzzled by our joy, especially as we override negative circumstances that they cannot — and the truth of Nehemiah 8:10 is something they suspect yet do not understand.
Thanks for those extra verses.
