Walnuts for Brain Health

I just happened to stumble on an excellent article, “All about Nuts,” in The Epoch Times. It captured my attention, mainly because of how the walnut was compared to the brain. It said, “Walnuts not only look like bihemispheric ‘brains’ in miniature, they have been scientifically linked to better brain health.”

That’s fascinating to me! God really has a sense of humor doesn’t He. Just imagine God, when He created the walnut, how He thought to make it look like a brain!

The article goes on to say how the walnut is a good source of omega-3, and gallic acid, and vitamin E, etc.; and it gives you good heart health, and is good for blood clotting, and for the immune system, and also for anti-aging.
